What we collect, what we use it for, and what we never do with it.
WINGS Academic Excellence collects only what it needs in order to contact you about a course. That means your name, your mobile number, and optionally your email address and the course you asked about. Enrolled students additionally have their batch, attendance and test results recorded, which is ordinary institute record keeping.
We do not collect anything else from this website. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no profile built from your browsing.
We do not sell your number. We do not share it with other institutes, publishers, coaching aggregators or any third party for their own marketing. If you gave us your number for a demo class, it is used for that and for nothing else.
Removing your details. Send a WhatsApp message from the number concerned, or call the office, and your details are deleted from our enquiry records. You do not have to give a reason.
We contact enquiries by phone and WhatsApp because that is what reaches people here. If you tell us to stop, we stop. Enrolled students receive batch notices for the duration of their course, which is part of the service they paid for.
Accounts on the student classroom are created by the office for enrolled students only. Your login is personal. Sharing it with somebody who has not paid for the batch closes the account. Material in the classroom is for your own study and is not to be redistributed.
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Where a page embeds a map or a video, that service may set its own cookies under its own policy, and nothing is loaded until you interact with it.
Photographs of classes and events may appear on this website or on our social media. If you are in one and would rather not be, tell us and it is removed. We do not publish student photographs that identify a person without their agreement.
